Many water meters can be rebuilt to run as accurate and reliable as a new meter. We rebuild meters of all sizes, brands, and types. We refurbish/rebuild Badger, Neptune, Hersey and Sensus, and other major brand water meter manufacturers.

Each individual refurbished meter has been completely gone through and all moving parts have been inspected and or replaced as needed.

ACCOUNTABILITY:
Meter all water you put in your system.
Amount of water you put in your system vs. Amount of water that goes out of your system.
Meter all water going out of system.
ORGANIZE:
Put your meters into 5 groups.
Group I
Size 5/8" thru "1"
Group II
Size 1 1/2" to 2"
Group III
Size' 3 and larger
Group IV
Production Meters
Group V
All Meters that are not billed to a consumer.
REVENUE CONTROL:
Water is your product.
AWWA Standards for water meters should be used as a starting point, not to be used as the only measurement of quality.
COMMUNICATION:
After each reading period the reads are entered into a consumption report. All meters showing 10% or more lost revenue for the same reading period last year, must be investigated before the next reading period.
This will be the hardest part of the program. But when you develop the communication between groups, you can lower the parameters as soon as possible.
